Two significant birthdays happened over the last couple of weeks. Two musical heavyweights, Jimi Hendrix and Jaco Pastorius, would have celebrated birthdays on November 27th and December 1st, respectively. On this week’s Alloy broadcast the playlist included some classics by these two musicians who singlehandedly redefined their instruments and music, forever. Somehow, if both were alive in each other’s time period, I do believe they would have played together. Imagine the spark and fire that this dynamic collaboration would have generated. Checkout this week’s playlist to see and/or listen to all of this week’s discoveries and rediscoveries, old and new.
Don't forget that you can listen to all of the music from the last episode, “More Rabbit Holes” (click here). This week's artwork, “…” was created by yours truly.
Thanks for listening!
