If you are interested in learning more about Bjork, I highly recommend the documentary, "Inside Bjork". It was released in 2003 and does not cover her career to the present, but it does cover a very fertile phase of her career. Additionally, and most interestingly, it features Bjork in her own words, plus interviews and commentary from Sean Penn, Elton John, Thom Yorke, and several other musicians and associates of Bjork.
I also highly recommend the live performance, "Bjork: Vespertine - Live at Royal Opera House".
