Alloy: Episode 134

The long and short of it. (playlist #134)

“Don’t touch that dial!” by gbmediadesign

This week’s broadcast was an exploration in temporal extremes. One one side, the ten- to twenty-minute track, and on the other, the sub-three-minute track. I wish I could say it was intentional, but alas, it is more than likely just a window into my own temporal/musical dichotomy. At turns, loving the grander, longer musical spaces—the opuses—and also marveled by how much can be created in less than three minutes. Checkout this week’s playlist to see which compositions fall into which category and discover both the long and the short of it.

Don't forget that you can listen to all of the music from the last episode, “Which Direction?” (click here). This week's artwork, “Don’t touch that dial!” is an altered image created by yours truly. Thanks for listening!
